Biography
Susana is ReefTM Real Estate’s newest team member providing exceptional real estate accounting. She has experience in commercial real estate, residential short-term rentals and senior living accounting. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from C.E.T.Y.S. University in Mexico, a CAM reconciliation certification from IREM, Accounting Certification as well as a Federal & State Tax Certification from UCSD. She has also completed the Leadership and Management Certification at Harvard Square.
Susana was the Business Manager for over eight years in Mexico overseeing all aspects ot the Continental Tires Corporate Office. Susana is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has over eighteen years of accounting experience in various industries such as construction development, hospitality, and property management.
Susana believes in giving back to her community. She volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House of Charity and was a founding member of Rotaract International in Mexico.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing yoga as she continues to learn new outdoor activities.
