Our principals worked with Kerrie Ozarski in the past and recommended her firm to manage the retail property we acquired in San Diego. I have known Kerrie for 25 years. She is extremely smart, driven and passionate about real estate. Kerrie and her team at Reef have been managing a building in Downtown San Diego for us for the last eight (8) years. They were involved in the due-diligence, and we relied extensively on their input. Our family has worked with Kerrie Ozarski for almost a decade and we could not be any happier with her and how she takes care of our asset. The San Diego property she manages encompasses over 22 acres and comprises of more than 200,000 square feet of retail space. Kerrie Ozarski has been our property manager for approximately eighteen (18) years. She has managed multiple retail properties for us throughout San Diego, Montana, Idaho and Utah. Kerrie has done a superlative job in tenant relations, lease re-negotiation, budgeting, receivables/payables, common area maintenance, lender relationship management and relationship supervision of vendors ranging from construction to insurance companies. Kerrie’s expertise in property management combined with a tireless work ethic makes her an incredibly valuable member of our team.

We are operating almost 150,000 sf of property in San Diego. In 2019, a key employee retired after 35-years of property management in-house services. Based on a personal/professional recommendation, we fortunately found Reef^TM Real Estate Services to completely take over our commercial real estate operations.
