Biography
Sarah Fredlund joined Reef Real Estate Services in August 2021. As a licensed real estate salesperson, she assists Jason Dick managing his portfolio consisting of approximately 2 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. Sarah’s role holds several duties, but not limited to, focusing on daily operations for all properties, tenant relations, rent collection, and assisting with budgeting.
Prior to joining Reef Real Estate Services, Sarah worked in the hospitality industry for over fifteen years, as well as in the education field, where she gained extensive knowledge on the importance of developing relationships, cultivating partnerships, and growing businesses.
Sarah graduated from California State University, Chico majoring in Liberal Studies and furthering her education with a Master’s degree in Education from National University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, and volunteering her time to help others. Sarah was born and raised in San Diego and never misses an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.
