Biography
Erika is a senior real estate manager with over ten years commercial property management experience overseeing value-add real estate investments.
Prior to joining Reef, Erika held positions in Property Management and Design & Construction at Merlone Geier, a private real estate investment firm focused on West Coast retail-driven development. While at MGP she managed a portfolio of premier shopping centers, her responsibilities included the management of Clairemont Town Square from September 2022-2025. In addition to the San Diego region, she previously managed a portfolio of assets in the Inland Empire and Orange County of over 1 million square feet of retail.
Erika graduated from University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in Business Administration. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and participant of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
She is committed to making a positive impact, supporting multiple charities, nonprofits, and the USD alumni association.
