Biography
Michelle Montalbano joined ReefTM Real Estate Services in August 2012 and was an integral part of assisting with the formation of the company. Michelle assists Kerrie Ozarski with management of her portfolio as well as is the Human Resource Manager. Michelle’s roles include focusing on the day to day operations of all properties as well as communicating directly with tenants regarding lease issues.
Prior to joining ReefTM Real Estate Services, Michelle held several positions at StepStone Real Estate Services over the course of thirteen years. She most recently was the Human Resource Manager, where her duties included processing payroll and maintaining employee files, workers compensation projections, and managing all aspects of employee benefits. Michelle was responsible for coordinating the annual workers compensation audits and received praise for the accuracy of her work.
